Managed champagne reception and formal bespoke three-course dinner for
Utilised the 1879 Events infrastructure and network of suppliers to transport the
full kitchen & bar facilities, electricity and water supply into the gardens of the
estate, overcoming difficult access routes into the grounds, and ensuring food
was cooked fresh and drinks kept cold on a warm summer’s day.
Provided and managed full bar area including draft units.
Apple, celery and smoked chicken tian dressed with micro herbs and a light
Mediterranean bruschetta (v) set of toasted brioche, topped with mozzarella
cheese and drizzled with green pesto
Individual lamb en croute served with Madeira and mint sauce
Goat’s cheese, pear and pine nut tart (v) served with dauphinoise potato and
bundle of vegetables
Brandy basket filled with sweet strawberries served with Chantilly cream and soft
